How can I hang a heavy 26 pound wreath on a outside window OR on the stucco outside my home? - large wreaths

I have a beautiful crown. My house is stucco. I would hang one of my window .... but perhaps too difficult ... 3M Hook custom support this somethign difficult.
What can I do? Be in a window or wall stucco ... again its hard!
